| • 1951 | Diversification into second production line, AGATEX Textilchemie, following the strong recovery of the industrial gas sector. Change of name to Alpenländische Industriegas- & Textilchemie Werke KG Hanns Bauer |
| • 1987 | Start of cooperation with ICI as halon distributor |
| • 1990 | AGATEX starts to export to neighbouring eastern countries |
| • 1993 | Agatex becomes representative for INEOS FLUOR in the area of refrigerants and refrigerating machine oils |
| • 1994 | Agatex becomes representative for UNIQEMA surfactants in Austria, Switzerland and the neighbouring eastern countries |
| • 1996 | Assured by the success of our chemical line, AGATEX Feinchemie GmbH is established as an independent family business that offers the following production lines:
